Hello. I am excited and honored to have your attention! If we have not yet been acquainted, my name is Stephanie Mustari (also known as MUFASA®, here is more about me)(https://www.mufasaaa.com/selectlanguage). I aspire to be Mayor of Chicago in 2023. I hope to gain your approval! To start this off, for background, I have been a homeowner and citizen in Chicago Illinois since 2011. As a kid, I remember visiting the city and looking up at the tall, beautiful skyscrapers. From the moment I laid eyes on Chicago, it was love at first sight, and ever since then, I dreamed of making a life here one day. It truly has been beyond my wildest dreams to have been able to do that thus far. While it is a welcome surprise to find myself to be running for Mayor of Chicago, prior to 2021, I did not have plans to do this. I have always been a very ambitious person, so knowing myself, I'm not surprised that I'm here but full disclosure, I am not traditional, nor a career politician - at all! My decision to run for Mayor was inspired by a combination of things (see my Q&A section (https://www.mufasaaa.com/questions)for more information). To keep this positive and forward looking, I won't go into further detail on that right now. If I were to be elected as Mayor of Chicago, together with city citizens and local government employees, I would transform our city for the better, and for the long-term. In terms of leadership style, I hope to be a breath of fresh air to the people of Chicago.
